OFFICIAL: MERCEDES-AMG GT BLACK SERIES IS COMING

We’ve already drooled over a couple of renderings, but thanks to Evo we now have confirmation the Mercedes-AMG GT will come in the firm’s most potent form – “Sooner or later there will be a Black Series version,” said AMG chief Tobias Moers. As with other AMG Blacks, it will be faster, lighter, and sharper than the stock GT, with an aggressive aero kit and more power. But don’t expect to see it before 2018. Other variants, including a convertible, will take priority, while AMG will be hard at work launching other new models including a C63 Coupe.
