M SPORT PACK ADDS MUCH-NEEDED PANACHE TO BMW 2 SERIES CABRIO

BMW unveiled the 2 Series Convertible the same day the Mercedes-AMG GT dropped. A polite man would say it slipped under the media’s radar. No-one gave two shits would be a more accurate description. It’s a shame, because the drop-top 2er is a pretty little thing, and seen here wearing the M Sport package is quite the looker. Like its coupe sibling, the 2 Series Cabrio features an aero kit made up of a new front bumper, revised side skirts and grille, a rear diffuser, sport-tuned suspension that drops the ride by 10 mm, and high-gloss exhaust tips.Completing the new look is a set of 18-inch double-spoke alloys while inside, the cabin boasts Aluminum Hexagon trim, Estroil Blue accents to match the metallic body color, sports seats, a leather-wrapped sports steering wheel, M shifter, M driver’s footrest, restyled instrumentation, ambient lighting and M-branded door sill plates. The M Sport Package will be available to order for an additional 4,050 Euros when the 2 Series Convertible goes on sale in February.
