BMW EXPANDS ACTIVE TOURER LINEUP – AWD AND NEW ENGINES

Although we all love to hate it, BMW obviously has high hopes for the 2 Series Active Tourer model. The company has just announced that it will add three additional engines to the car/crossover/minivan/wagon's lineup, in addition to adding the availability of an all-wheel drive system on higher-end models.The 220i will feature a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine producing 189 horsepower, while the 220d will put out 187 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque from its 2.0-liter diesel.
